Library IV
Williamstown, N.J.

Booked less than two weeks prior to the performance date, this was a surprising first show of 2011. But it turned out to be the usual good time in familiar surroundings (Dom has played Library IV at least once every year since 2008).

The music got started early with a piano player doing a set during extended happy hour, and then Dom followed with a standard dinner-and-drinks performance after a brief changeover. The crowd was early arriving and departing on a cold, wintry Thursday night-- a snow storm hit the area the day prior, and another had occurred over the weekend -- but enough stuck around the bar to hear an abbreviated third set.

Dom debuted an original song, "Williamstown," in the first hour. Yep, a song called "Williamstown" played at a restaurant in Williamstown.
